Fiscalité du GNR: le CISMA a donné sa position

Le CISMA s’est rendu à Bercy, jeudi 13 juin, après sollicitation par l’Inspection Générale des Finances. La réunion s’est déroulée en présence d’Hervé MARITON et de Nathalie HOMOBONO (tous deux membres du Conseil Général de l’Economie, de l’Industrie, de l’Energie et des Technologies) et d’un représentant de l’Inspection Générale des Finances.
Nous y avons présenté notre analyse sur les solutions de limitation de la consommation du GNR, les solutions de substitution possibles à son utilisation et nos préconisations pour des mesures d’accompagnement d’une évolution de la fiscalité de ce carburant.

Suite aux nombreuses discussions actuelles sur la conformité des attaches rapides en Europe, le CISMA et le Ministère du travail français (ayant la présidence de la Task Force ADCO sur les engins de terrassement) ont pris l’initiative d’organiser une rencontre entre représentants ADCO (i.e. coopération des états membres pour la surveillance des marchés), utilisateurs (FIEC), et fabricants (tous membres du groupe de normalisation ad hoc "Attaches Rapides, sous le CEN/TC 151 WG1).

L’inspection générale des finances (IGF) et le Conseil général de l’économie viennent de se voir confier une mission sur la fiscalité du gazole non routier (GNR) dont la lettre de mission signée par les ministres est jointe. Lundi dernier, l’IGF nous a sollicité pour un rendez-vous urgent afin de donner le point de vue de notre profession, notamment sur les solutions de substitution possibles (ex.: motorisations électriques, hybrides) et les éventuelles mesures d’accompagnement pour en faciliter le déploiement.
